We all live for the first time.

In my work, I value openness, clarity, trust. I am sincere, compassionate and understand the fear of clients to seek help due to the stigma of mental health that prevails in society. I wish you to start as early as possible and once you start, never stop taking care of your mental health.

NATURE OF WORK

I consult adults. I can help with anxiety, mood, sleep, attention disorders, addictions, and mental disorders related to pregnancy and the postpartum period.

In my work, I combine psychopharmacotherapy and psychoeducation.

EXPERIENCE

2013-2019 I completed my medical studies at LSMU;

2019-2023 I completed my residency in psychiatry at LSMU;

2020-2022 I worked as a medical doctor at Šiauliai Republican Hospital, Psychiatric Clinic;

2021-2022 I worked at Kaunas Hospital, Psychiatric Clinic, Marių Sector, LSMU, as a medical doctor in the Gerontopsychiatry Department;

2022-2023 I started working as a medical doctor at Alytus Polyclinic, Mental Health Center, Day Hospital;

2022-2023 I became a medical doctor at UAB Signata;

2023- I am currently working as a psychiatrist at UAB Signata.
