In certain cases, Romuva Clinic specialists provide remote consultations by video or phone. Telehealth appointments are most often suitable for follow-up visits and situations where an in-person examination is not necessary.

You can pay:

by bank card;

in cash;

by bank transfer in advance (payee: UAB “Romuvos klinika” or another entity indicated on the invoice).

Yes. We can issue invoices for all services provided at the clinic.

If you need an invoice (for your employer, an insurance company, or personal records), please inform our reception staff during your first visit and provide the necessary billing details.

Yes. Your health data is processed in accordance with applicable healthcare and data protection laws.

All information about your health status, diagnoses, and treatment is confidential and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law (for example, if there is a risk to your life or the life or health of others).

Romuva Clinic provides scheduled outpatient mental health services and does not provide emergency medical care for life-threatening conditions.

If you or someone near you experiences a sudden severe deterioration in health, suicidal thoughts or intent, aggressive behavior, or any other life-threatening situation, call 112 immediately or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

From the Kaunas bus or train station, you can take trolleybus 5 or 7, or bus 23, 39, 46, or 47.

Get off at the “Kauno pilis” stop. Cross the street and walk toward Kaunas Castle, then continue along A. Jakšto Street toward Town Hall Square. The clinic is located at Rotušės a. 23, Kaunas, in the corner building at the intersection of A. Jakšto Street and Town Hall Square.

Use your navigation system and enter: “Rotušės a. 23, Kaunas.” After entering the Old Town, follow signs toward Town Hall Square. The clinic is located at the intersection of A. Jakšto Street and Town Hall Square.
