Purchase & return policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. These rules of the electronic store (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) constitute a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and set out the rights and obligations of the Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer shall be informed of any changes to the Rules on the website of the electronic store.

2. Conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement

2.1. A purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for goods in the electronic store, having first reviewed these Rules.

3. Seller’s Rights

3.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the electronic store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation, stability, or security of the electronic store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the electronic store without prior warning.

4. Seller’s Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with access to the services of the electronic store under the conditions set out in these Rules.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer using the delivery method selected by the Buyer, in accordance with the conditions established in these Rules.
4.3. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered in the electronic store, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase and sale agreement after informing the Buyer in advance. The Seller may offer an alternative product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the paid amount within 3 business days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right provided for in Clause 5.2 of these Rules, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer within 5 (five) business days from the date the returned goods are received.
4.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been dispatched to the Seller, whichever occurs first.

5. Buyer’s Rights

5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the electronic store in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement concluded in the electronic store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
5.3. The right referred to in Clause 5.2 may be exercised only if the goods have not been damaged, their appearance has not substantially changed, and they have not been used.

6. Buyer’s Obligations

6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure set out in these Rules.
6.2. If the Buyer, without valid reasons, refuses to accept the goods at the time of delivery, the Buyer must cover the return costs of the goods at the Seller’s request.
6.3. Upon delivery of the goods, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment and the goods together with the Seller or the person delivering the shipment.
6.4. By using the electronic store, the Buyer confirms that they agree with these purchase and sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them.

7. Prices of Goods

7.1. Prices of goods in the electronic store are indicated in euros and include VAT. Upon confirmation of the order, a delivery fee shall be added to the total price of the goods if applicable.

8. Ordering and Payment of Goods

8.1. After visiting the electronic store, the Buyer selects the desired goods and places them in the shopping cart. After forming the shopping cart, the Buyer provides personal data necessary for order fulfillment: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, and additional information that may be important for delivery. The Buyer confirms that they have read these Rules and confirms the order.
8.3. Payments can be made using the electronic banking services of Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor, as well as Visa/MasterCard payment cards. Payments are accepted in euros. Payments are processed via the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

9. Delivery of Goods

9.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.
9.2. The Buyer must accept the goods personally. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods personally but the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer shall have no right to submit claims regarding delivery to an inappropriate person.
9.3. The Seller shall deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the delivery terms specified in the product descriptions.
9.4. The characteristics of all goods sold are described in the product descriptions. The Seller shall not be responsible for discrepancies in color, shape, or other parameters due to the characteristics of the Buyer’s monitor.
9.5. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase and sale agreement, all amounts paid by the Buyer, including delivery costs, shall be refunded.

10. Return of Goods

10.1. Goods of proper quality may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defects of goods of improper quality shall be remedied, and such goods replaced or returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be observed:
10.2.1. Returned goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging (this does not apply to goods of improper quality);
10.2.2. The goods must not be damaged by the Buyer;
10.2.3. The goods must not have been used and must retain their commercial appearance: labels intact, protective films not removed, etc. (this does not apply to goods of improper quality);
10.2.4. The returned goods must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer (this does not apply to goods of improper quality);
10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse acceptance of returned goods if the return conditions have not been complied with;
10.2.6. Goods shall be returned in the manner determined by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt (this does not apply to goods of improper quality, which shall be returned within the statutory warranty period).
10.3. The return and exchange of goods of proper quality shall be carried out in accordance with Article 6.228¹⁰(1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.4. Payments for goods accepted by the Buyer and later returned shall be refunded to the Buyer’s account no later than within 5 (five) days from the date the goods are returned to the Seller, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. These Rules and the legal relations between the Parties arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. All disputes arising from the execution of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.4. The Parties shall be released from the fulfillment of obligations under these Rules if such fulfillment becomes impossible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (force majeure).
