ABOUT
I am an accepting, youthful, relaxed specialist whose mission is to help the client learn how to help themselves.
Working together
Everything will be fine.
It is normal to feel afraid to open up, to be misunderstood, to belittled. I suggest going to therapy as an experiment and looking at fears with a little skepticism about your beliefs.
However, the therapeutic environment must first of all build trust in the specialist and mutual connection.
The very first session is usually of two types: collecting information about the problem or introducing the ideology of CBT.
Further sessions are designed to work with CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) methodologies to recognize problematic thoughts and correct them.
During the meetings, I expect the client to be involved in the therapy process, to be committed to experimentation, and to perform independent tasks.
The duration of therapy depends on the direction of the problems, their persistence, and similar factors, but a satisfactory result is often achieved within a few months. I recommend attending sessions weekly. Over time and if the patient wishes, we reduce the frequency of sessions.
Why therapy?
After therapy, patients feel calmer, the problematic emotions they came with are felt less often and are weaker.
NATURE OF WORK
Individual therapy based on CBT techniques.
Recognition of our subjective world from the objective external one and its correction.
