New members are invited to join a self-discovery group for adolescents (up to 18 years old) for whom the topic of being transgender is important.

Before joining, the teen and their parents are invited to an introductory meeting with the group psychologist Meda Bagušinskė. This meeting is meant to discuss expectations, personal background, participation terms, and whether the group is a good fit.

Confidentiality is one of the core principles — everything discussed in the group stays within the group. This ensures a safe environment where participants can feel comfortable sharing personal experiences.

Participants are also offered optional individual psychologist consultations and information about other available forms of support, with guidance at every step.

The group is led by medical psychologist Meda Bagušinskė.

Meetings: Thursdays, 6:00–7:00 PM, every other week
